You know, I thought that when the weather turned cold, that I would get all kind of things done. But so far, I keep putting those things off for tomorrow. There are a few things that can't wait for tomorrow, but for the most part, I always have tomorrow … until I don't I suppose. A thing about retirement that I didn't know until I retired is that because tomorrow is usually free, so to speak, it is easy to start putting things-to-do on the tomorrow list. That list can get pretty long. But every once in a while, I do one or maybe two. That is procrastination, but other things get put on the list at the last moment, like naps and books and blogging.

The fear of rejection creates inaction. Because the person doesn't act, he doesn't gain personal experience in that situation - which is the key to learning and overcoming future obstacles. The lack of experience breeds an inability to handle similar situations. And that ultimately feeds and increases the fear. a tip for procrastination!

hello! i don’t know how useful this will be, but when i’m procrastinating a project or assignment and just can’t bring myself to start it i pull out my journal and just start writing whatever’s on my mind and try and figure out why i’m procrastinating. More often then not i work through what’s preventing me from starting and allows me to write out a plan and start! I hope this helped, lmk if this worked for you!

64. Tell us the story of your first kiss?

Oh, starting of with the good stuff. I was 9 (I know very young) and my friends and I were playing in a field after school when I was dared to kiss one of them (how juvenile) which I did. I wouldn’t say I regret...more that I was too young and the memory is too blurry or maybe he just wasn’t that memorable...

94. How many sweaters/hoodies do you have?

A sweater is a jumper, right? I’m working on that assumption and the answer is a lot. I have an array of winter knit jumpers (one was my grandmas is like a purple/white lilac knit with a hint of pink) and have my uni jumper which is forest green with the school crest and I loves it. Then I bought two of my favourite jumpers from a vintage shop ones an oversized velvety red jumper and they other is like and oversized blue/light blue/navy geometric 80s design and has baggy arms that tighten at the wrists (I feel like it’s obvious this ones my favourite) I don’t own many hoodies though I think they make me look thrumpy and manly (yey self consciousness) but I have a white nike one and a forest green one.

107. Have you ever been on a horse?

Yes, several. We used to go horse riding when I was younger on holidays. I loved it but I haven’t been on a horse in years (funny story: I was once feeding my uncles horse and dropped the bucket and storm and I both went for the bucket which resulted in him biting my hand) but I frequently get the urge to get on a horse and ride through a field in the pouring rain, is that weird?.
