[CRASH] - sender laughs at the receiver when a wave knocks receiver over
Sometimes Natsume had to curse himself for his overabundance of pride. There was a reason why pride was one of the seven deadly sins in humanity. In this case, his pride backfired him on two occasions:
1) being unable to deny his Koneko-chan her request to swim together and 2) being unable to confess to Koneko-chan, he was incapable of swimming
And thus, he found himself in the water as tense as a cat taking a bath. To make things worse, he was mortified to find out that the waves were incredibly active today. He knows Anzu was stifling a laugh to find amusement in his flailing at first, before she quickly realized the truth and quickly pulled him out of the water.
Humiliated and crestfallen from the experience, Natsume curled up underneath the sun umbrella afterwards. This wouldn't have happened if he told his girlfriend in the first place he couldn't swim. He feels a cold, gentle tap on his shoulder and looks up to find her smiling at him with a cold drink in her hand and a floatie in the other.
... He really doesn't give her enough credit, always looking out for his needs. This was supposed to be her own summer break too. Smiling softly, he reached out to pat her on the head and took the drink and floatie.
"Shall we try to go in the water again, Koneko-chan? We can share this together and relax insteAD."
