3 Valuable Tips to Clear the PMP Certification Exam
In the field of project management, the Project Management Professional (PMP) is the most respected and recognized certification. The exam will have questions related to project quality, cost management, resource procurement, risk, time, and scope.
If you have been toying with the idea of getting PMP certified for a certain period of time, but is not aware of where to begin with. Then, there are some tricks that will help you cracking the PMP certification exam:

3. With special focus on PERT and Earned Value, memorize all the formulas. Make a spreadsheet with the name of formula, a description of what the formula tries to solve and what each component of the formula means. Carry it with you all the times so that you can practice it anywhere.
