Designs for (important) street loner grumps!
The first one is Anion and Cation's mutual friend, they make a lil friend group. He loves the punk aesthetic, but he doesn't act punkish at all. He's a huge coward and his first response at most things is scream. He also has a terrible sense of color coordination
The second one is the boss of the New Grump City street loners. He's a disgraced scientist, yet he still acts like he still has some glory left in him. If you don't call him Professor Viper as politely as possible he will hit you upside the head.
He's brutish and tends to be extremely unfair, but what can the others do but listen to him? He IS absolutely huge.
