@profprincess is closer then she knows: ...Why the heck is her power spot detector going off? Sonia pulls the device out of her bag, looks up at the stranger, down at the detector, back at the stranger—"Uh... Sorry. I don't know what's up with this thing."

Eternatus stares at the machine in the strangers hands, head tilting to the side in a facsimile of human curiosity. It was curious, though perhaps annoyed would be a better word, as to why the odd machine was reacting in the way it was. Loudly and incessantly beeping like a fire alarm in a room filled to the brim with smoke. This machine felt like all that Eternatus hated of this world rolled into one. Too loud, too annoying, too much going on with it that Eternatus could not understand, forcing its way into Eternatus' life when it simply wished to exist in peace. While on this planet Eternatus knew it could not exist in peace. As long as it was trapped here, there would be never be peace. Not for it nor any of the residents of this accursed region.

"What is that mechanism" It ignores her apology. It has no use for human pity nor guilt of their actions. "And how do you silence it?"

He has such a headache right now, but he needs to get up. Gloria's probably waiting for him and he has a vague memory of promising ice cream.
