Lila's character design in canon is decent, but I don't think it fits the role Lila plays. She is a wolf in sheep's clothing, after all.

Lila's perceived as a sweet and a benevolent girl, so I wanted to make her appearance reflect that. In particular, the 7/11th rule is something I think Lila would use (that in the first 7 seconds of meeting a person, you assume 11 things about them), so Lila dresses in a humble yet cute way.

Lila isn't a good person, but that doesn't make her a devil, or an irredeemable person. She's still a teenager, afterall.
