Hypothetically, the samples were capable of creating life. Through genetic experimentation and additional AETHER exposure, Specimen 1 was created. Days after creation, Specimen 1 split into two; this could be a sign that, like cells or bacteria, it undergoes asexual reproduction. Ultimately, Specimen 1’s offspring were released into the world. They have successfully integrated with society.
