Some of you may know that I run an open game project. We're currently working on our first game 'Hungry Whispers' - a horror based puzzle/visual novel game.  Support Team Wasabi's work on Facebook and be kept up to date with updates :D

Project Whispers Update

So my student game 'Hungry Whispers' is slowly taking off.  My small team and I have just about figured out the story/themes and concepts for the game and we're not starting to tackle its implementation for the full version. The engine is slowly developing especially the use of the Inventory system and a simpler dialogue system for generic users to contribute to.  The cutscene problems seem to be sorting out too so that we can combine many .swf projects together which makes multiple Flash users working on different parts of the game like myself (working on separate .swf files for the cutscene) can easily be embedded in the Wasabi engine. Now that we've got the planning and concepts done, we have some lovely artwork being created like so;

credit goes to Okirose.deviantart.com ;D I'm still in the middle of writing out the full plot but now that I have a team of writers and editors to help with my dodgey writing.  Once the script is done I can split it up into different departments and everyone can work from it.  Exiting project is exciting!
