project hoc is looking for admins and writers!
Project HOC (hollywood of color) is a platform dedicated to raising awareness for whitewashing in mainstream/Western media, especially washing of Asian roles and stories.
We plan to publish a zine with writing from the voices of those affected by whitewashing; we would like to gather some writers who are passionate and can provide writing for this zine, but we are also looking for admins to help organize and publish!
Hopefully, we can get around 20 submissions to publish for the first issue.
We track #projecthoc if you want to tag us in anything or you can track the tag to keep up with updates.

submission does not guarantee publication
admins will be reading through the submissions and picking them
there is no deadline for submission, but we hope to publish by May 18th
you will have access to the project blog and the project email
you will receive a message letting you know you are now an admin
a link will be given to you to join the blog
the email and password for the email will be given to you, do not pass it around
