Novel announcement
Hey guys! So I've been working on a novel inspired by Chinese wuxia and cultivation genre called "Sahasrār: The thousand-petaled lotus blooms", it closely follows rebirth and cultivation type storylines, but it's adapted based on my own culture. I haven't yet come across any religious fictional stories from my region and so I thought I should write about it. This is my first story in a long time, so my work may not seem that interesting, which is why I'd like as much suggestions and advices as possible. Story Description:
Lotus signifies rebirth and cleansing of karma. Lotus seed germinates in the mud of ponds, the flower blooms in all its beauty without being tainted by its environment. This story follows a soul on its journey through rebirth, to unite with her soul mate while undoing her sins of previous life, remaining untainted by karma. Will she be able to bloom the final lotus and break free from her pain and desires? or will she forever be trapped in the cycle of life; separated from her beloved by a tragedy in each life.
