our property professor spent a considerable chunk of today’s class trying to stress that for most homeowners in the US, virtually all of their wealth is tied up in their home and that very few people have numerous investments or interest in multiple properties... and l’m so glad he made a point of saying that, but it’s wild that you literally have to remind students here that most people aren’t wealthy
