I think my favorite critique of Trans/Rad/Fem ever was from a couple of himejoshis who said I 'clearly' wasn't a real yuri fan, because I 'clearly' just skimmed the Wiki on Class S stories and 'clearly' just learned of the Gundam: Witch From Mercury controversy 'thirdhand', based on their read of a decontextualized screenshot of my lesbophobia essay.
All of which is fine, everyone has the right to piss on the poor, but I simply will not stand for the slander of my G-Witch creds. I wrote like 100k ish words of G-Witch fanfic including MILF yuri between Prospera and a character who wasn't even named in the anime. I cyberbullied a mangaka on Twitter who said that Suletta/Miorine was inferior to shipping them with the whipped dog. 'thirdhand' when I was actively in the trenches is just insulting.
