Man, the overeating and rapid gains are definitely taking their toll. Rolling out of bed to the bathroom this morning was a workout on its own. Everything is jiggling more, my belly was just crammed with 7k calories yesterday and it’s starving this morning. Everything feels slower and heavier. 🐷

i’m just bloated right now because i just ate ! i’m still skinny , i’m NOT gaining weight or getting fat !!!
those extra treats have NO effect on me i have a fast metabolism !!!
Good morning ☺️🫶🏼 I’ve been stuffing myself nonstop since may 22nd , I started this challenge at 202 pounds ! I don’t plan on stopping gaining , I just probably won’t stuff myself to this capacity every single day lol ! But this has been such an amazing challenge and I can’t wait to do something again like this ☺️ thank you to all of those who helped me this week (I can’t say enough how much I appreciate you!) also it may not say 215 yet but 214.6 on empty is such an amazing accomplishment to myself !
