Have you or any other trans guys/transmasc/AFAB folks on T who haven’t had bottom surgery had much experience with using topical estrogen downstairs to alleviate the tissue atrophy? I miss being able to use my front hole. I did just buy a set of dilators to use, which I’m hoping will help. They start at 1/2” diameter and are made of silicone.

It;’s the standard of care, if simple lube doesn’t work.  I don’t believe either of our mods have any experience with it, but if any followers have and are willing to share, feel free to reply to this message or reblog.  Dilators may help to stretch things, but be sure to be gentle and slow- they will not help with atrophy itself (tissue thinning) but some of the side effects it can cause (tightening of the opening and pain).  If you’re not gentle and slow though you can cause tears (or microtears) so be kind with your body.
