Ok soooo I've been trying to plan out this au the best way I can so here we go
All the gems are humans but super talented
They can sing, dance, and act (except Steven he's still a horrible liar)
The diamonds, instead of being Intergalactic dictators are instead super famous celebrities.
Homeworld in now a record lable called Homeworld records
Pink Diamond and Rose are still the same person
Greg still meets Rose the same way he does in "Story for Steven"
The crystal gems live in the same beach house as they do in canon
Amethyst isn't born yet
In Amethyst place is Rainbow Quartz Rose's sister
Rose falls for Greg and follows him to Empire City
Marty is still a douche, but helps them form a the girl group call The Crystal Gems.
They blow up after Empire City and are famous through the 80s and 90s
Rose ends up pregnant and Marty tries to kick her out of the group.
The gems and Greg fire Marty and entrust Greg as there new manager
After the birth of Steven Rose decides to run off with Greg leave the show bizz while the other gems follow
Fast forward to the present...
They still live in beach city in the same beach house as the show.
Steven is 18, Amethyst is 20, and Connie is 16
Amethyst is adopted by Greg and Rose
Steven like his his mother can sing, dance, and like is dad he can play ukulele/guitar
He likes fashion and has his own fashion blog on Tumblr (inspired by @ask-whitepearl-and-steven )
Steven goes to public high school and has a crush on the popular girl aka Connie Maheswaran
Amethyst sings and raps
Mr and Mrs Maheswaran don't like Amethyst because they see her as too crude and a bad influence on Connie
Lion is Steven's pet pink cat (no one knows why he's pink)
Sour Cream, Buck Dewy, Lars and Kevin are the members of a boy group called The Beach City Boys
Kevin leaves the group after deems the group "to kiddie" for him
Marty comes to beach city desperately looking for a new member
Thus our Story begins here!
