can you please share how you did the text for your last gif set? like what font you used and how you got it spaced that way?

Read under the cut and excuse me if I made any writing mistake, English’s not my mother language. Please like/reblog if it was useful.

If you don’t mind I’ll be also answering this one ‘cause is basically the same process.

how to make a text like this:

it’s pretty simple, you’ll only need:

Photoshop (I used photoshop CS5)

Font: Code (I used the ‘bold’ version)

Once you’ve got your gif with everything you want (psd, action, sharpened, etc.) Select the horizontal text tool (you can also access to this by clicking ‘T’) and make a text box of the size you want.

Now write/copy whatever text you want. It would look like this: (Keep in mind that the text style should be ‘Fuerte’ or 'Strong’ and also you must put it all on bold)

Proceed to click the 'paragraph’ tab and justify your text. You can add some space to the left and right, I added 2 pt to each side.

Then separte your main text, we’ll work with that one first. Select the sentence and change the size, color and spaces. When you justify your text it adjustes your sentence to the size of the box, so if you want a major or minor space you can play with the space option until you like the result. 

If you want for your gif to look like mine I used these settings (for the main text, of course):

Now for the secondary/supporting text you’ll have to reduce the size and the spaces, keep the white color if you want. The settings I used for this one are:

Finally we just have to add shade to our text. Double click on the text layer and the style layer window will show up, chose the shadow option and select your settings or you can just use mine:

I did almost the same as for the other one, except that the entire text is the same size. These are my settings:

To change the color of a specific word you just have to select that word, click the color option and chose the one you want. That’s all, it’s an easy process.

Faixa no Título

Olá galero, vou ensinar a vocês como personalizar o título de texto por uma faixa com o título dentro, visualize o estilo aqui. É fácil, primeiro vocês vão criar a faixinha no Photoshop ou em qualquer editor e hospedá-la aqui. Feito isso, você vai copiar o link que vai aparecer e criar uma class para a faixa. Cole apenas este código antes de </style> no seu theme:

how you make your gifs? like, everytime i try to post a gifset they don't work or the speed is wrong or smth ): would you help me?

so hm, i'm guessing you know how to makes gifs, if you don't ask me. and if you don't use photoshop, tell me what is the program :)

to change the time, in the animation window you gonna select all the frames [x]

then you click on the time, under one of the frames and select the time you want (if you want something like 0,12 secs (it's the time i use) you click in other and little window will show up and then you put the the time) [x]

the time people use are around 0,1 and 0,2. anything more or less than this will make it go too fast or too slow.

and about they don't moving, it's because tumblr only takes gif under 1MB, so you need to a) make it smaller b) delete frames. :) [x]
