Last Christmas, I made a small project for myself: recreate the MBCC ring seen in the WWE 2K videos!
This is the ring that has appeared in numerous clips and full match videos. Its first appearance was during Korryn's debut match against Hella. The design is pretty simple, so it can easily be replicated in each WWE 2k iteration moving forward.

This project requires the Mattel Basic Ring (get the one with Raw/Main Event labels for the red ropes), sticker papers, a printer (or go to a place that can print sticker paper), a ruler, and scissors.
The first thing I did was to measure the sizes of the original decals. Here are the measurements:
Apron: 29.4cm x 6.2cm
Turnbuckle Pad: 1.1cm x 1.1cm
Ring Post: 2.25cm x 11.9cm (I didn't use this since the WWE2k MBCC ring doesn't have any ring post decorations)
After that, I used Adobe Illustrator to create the printable document with the exact measurements. You can use either Affinity or Inkscape as free alternatives.
Use a printer (or visit a printer service) to print out the logos on sticker paper. I printed some extras just in case to check if the logos fit in the ring. Then, the last steps are to cut decals and stick them to the ring!
In the WWE 2K games, each custom character has an extra attire slot you can use for alternate outfits. I use this feature to add Lichen's non-corrupted form as an alternate attire.
For characters with alternative names, I use another custom character slot. So Jichuan and Shuang'er, Catherine and Augustus are treated as separate characters.
PTN x WWE Lore Bits #2 - Introducing... Universe Mode!
This post was inspired by a question a mutual friend asked me on Xiaohongshu. They asked me who the current champion is in MBCC's wrestling show.
So I told them the story of how Eleven stole the championship from Hypatia right after the latter defended it in a grueling match against Synex (you can watch the match below).
That storyline was made possible using WWE 2K's Universe Mode! (This is the reason why I have over 400+ hours across each game).
Here's what it looks like in-game. Tonight's show is an episode of New Eastia Pro-Wrestling (Eastia's wrestling promotion) and you can play the matches yourself or watch it for an AI vs AI matchup. I choose the latter for the unpredictability factor.
The best way to explain it is that it's a sandbox mode that simulates how WWE's weekly episodes are shown on TV. You get to decide the matches and rivalries that take place in each episode. So kinda like a fanfiction simulator but with more wrestling and soap opera drama. (You basically roleplay as Deren or Lady Pearl to direct the show for maximum immersion.)
Storylines unfold via the News tab of your Universe (it's all text-based sadly). For this example, Chief dons her Jianghu outfit and visits New Eastia Pro Wrestling to issue an open challenge. She didn't expect Jichuan to accept the challenge and ends up losing.
I use this mode to come up with some of the silly stories for this crossover. It's fun and sometimes a challenge if for example, the character you are rooting for to win loses and gets an injury debuff.
Here are the selected synopses of some of the stories I made using this mode:
Hypatia's reign as champion: Hypatia gets thrust into the spotlight after winning the 8-Woman Battle Royal for the MCW Undisputed Championship. Will she prevail as a fighting champ or cave in to the pressure that comes from being at the top spot?
The story of the first Custody of Chief match: Six competitors (Langley, Eirene, Shalom, Eleven, Angell, and Yingying), all 'allegedly' close to Chief, settle matters by retrieving the briefcase that contains the Custody of Chief in a Ladder Match.
The Million Discoin Takeover: Taking advantage of the ratings and profit decline of Minos Championship Wrestling (MCW), Chelsea comes back after months of absence to buy the wrestling promotion from Chief.
There's more, but I haven't gotten to writing them down at the moment (writing recaps is hard). I hope you look forward to them, as I'll start posting some tidbits of it!
Watching the wrestlers make their way to the ring is one part of what makes pro wrestling entertaining.
So I've compiled all the entrance motions of all S-class sinners, starting from the base game ones to year 2 (up until Moore and 000). I'll add the year 3 S-class sinners once the 3rd anniversary arrives in the Global version.

How to Download Path to Nowhere Characters in WWE2K24
If anyone's curious, you can download the Path to Nowhere characters via the Community Creations menu in WWE2K24 and WWE2K23!
This guide works for both WWE2K24 and WWE2K23 though I recommend the 2K24 since it has the newer characters (starting with Lady Pearl).
Click the "Keep reading" to see the steps.
Step 1: Go to the Community Creations Menu
In the main menu, go to the Online tab and select the Community Creations menu.
Step 2: Select Downloads
Click Downloads on the next menu.
Step 3: Choose Superstar
Click Superstar on this menu. Wait for the game to load the next screen (it may take a while depending on your connection to the game's servers).
Step 4: Open the Advanced Search Menu
Press the Search button (Y button on the PC/Xbox, Triangle on the PS4/PS5) to open the advanced search menu.
Step 5: Select Hashtag 1
Scroll down to the Hashtags section and select Hashtag 1.
Step 6: Select Custom
Select Custom to bring up the keyboard.
Step 7: Type PathtoNowhere
Type PathtoNowhere (no spaces) then press Enter.
Step 8: Press the Search Button
PathtoNowhere should appear on the Hashtag 1. Press the Search button at the bottom of the list. This allows you to search superstars with the PathtoNowhere hashtag.
Step 9: Download the Character
If done correctly, the characters will show up after loading. Make sure to check if the Creator Name is Cornic#31504 on the right side of the screen.
Step 10: Choose a Character and Press Download
Select the character you want from the list and press the Download button to add the character as a custom superstar.
Optional: Check if the Character Appears on the Roster
To check if you have the character on your roster, go to the Home tab and choose Play. Choose any match type and arena and click Confirm.
On the character select screen, press RT button (R1 on PS4/PS5) three times to show only the custom superstars. The downloaded character should appear in this list.
A recurring theme in MCW's matches is that Chief almost always loses to a debuting Sinner. I never really recorded the exact numbers until now.
As of January 11, 2025, Chief has 46 matches, 10 wins and 36 losses. She has a 22% chance of winning a match.

1st Win: Zoya [5/1/2023]
What you are seeing here is the very first match of Minos Championship Wrestling (MCW). It is meant to be a classic David vs. Goliath battle that sees Chief finally defeat Zoya (without interference) after a long-standing feud between the two.
It would take a long time before Chief gets another win from a one-on-one match.
2nd Win: My Best Cool Car (Tornado Tag) [10/2/2023]
Chief, alongside Hecate and Hella, got her first tag team win after battling My Best Cool Car, a tag team trio consisting of Deren, OwO, and Lynn.
3rd Win: Rahu and Shalom (Tornado Tag) [10/22/2023]
Chief and Zoya join forces for a tornado tag team match against Rahu and Shalom, the newest power couple on the block. They (Chief and Zoya) lost, leading to tensions between them that culminated in another one-on-one match (Chief took the L this time).
After 3 weeks of bickering, they challenged Rahu and Shalom to a rematch.
4th Win: Stargazer [1/27/2024]
After 271 days of getting L's from different Sinners, Chief finally breaks the loss streak and gets a win from Stargazer.
5th Win: Shalom [3/27/2024]
The losses and subsequent injuries wear down Chief to the point that she reverts back to her pre-amnesiac self, a cruel chief whose Death Grip (Shackles) finisher is extremely effective against Sinners.
With no opponent capable of submitting Chief, Nightingale calls the only person that can confront the "Cruel Chief": Shalom. A one-on-one match is held, with Nightingale as the special guest referee.
6th Win: Sun Crow (Yao) [5/5/2024]
To stop the Ten Scorching Suns calamity from reaching DisCity, Chief must defeat the Sun Crow (Yao) in a No Holds Barred match. Du Ruo assists Chief at ringside as emotional support.
7th Win: L.L. [9/15/2024]
L.L.: There's no one else on the island, just you and me. Now, tell me the answer.
In a fight that takes place at the empty arena in Elysiland, Chief gets the win after planting L.L. with a Frog Splash.
8th Win: 000 [11/1/2024]
Chief, with Moore and Rise's help, travels to the Otherworld to stop 000. She finds the latter waiting for her in a familiar setting: the squared circle adorned with MBCC's emblems!
9th Win: Moore [11/15/2024]
Chief found Moore's actions during the former's match with 000 suspicious. She conducts an "interrogation match" where Moore pulls a mask off moment.
10th Win: Vautour Bleu [1/6/2024]
Chief investigates the cozy desert town of Désir due to reports of high Mania concentration. The high Mania concentration turns out to be emanating from the town's special WrestleMania arena that Vautour Bleu built to pull-in hopefuls and dreamers who are looking to crave out their path to becoming a professional wrestler.
