so basically her name is casey and it's been forever since i've talked to her (like a year, but even then it was super awkward) i met her on the internet because of degrassi and rping and we talked pretty much everyday for two years straight.
we had all these plans that we were gonna meet up because her mom wanted to come to san antonio (which is like 4 hours from where i live) and she (her mom) said that if they did come, there was a 100% chance that casey and i were definitely going to meet.
we talked about a lot of dumb stuff but idk it meant a lot to me because i really didn't know who i was/have a lot of friends when we were friends.
and then she got new friends and we grew apart.
i realized this when she met her other friend before she met me. i mean, i know they were ten times closer (like distance wise) but it just bums me out to this day because i was supposed to meet her first yaknow??
i mean, messaging her would be dumb yaknow???
ill always want our friendship to go back to the way it was 3 years ago, but it cant. we're completely different people now.

if you dont know who steph and alyssa are yet its ok bcuz ur probably new. but we're the power puff gang tbh. we've been best friends for almost two years now (coming up in like february) (its the 19th if ur curious). steph is canadian and alyssa lives in washington. so p much the timezone struggle is real as fuck. im the baby of the group and w/e but i love them so much bcuz i can tell them how i feel and they dont judge me. okay maybe a little. i mean, i know i judge alyssa for shipping allisaac (hey its ok ily still. fab as fuck forever) anD STEPH IS RUDE AS HECK BCUZ SHE LIKES TO THROW IN MY FACE THAT MINE AND DANIEL'S RELATIONSHIP WOULD BE ILLEGAL AS FUCK. but whenever i feel sad they know how to make me feel better and they dont even try.

it took me a really long time to realize this, like i only realized it a couple of months ago, but i dont need to be casey's best friend anymore. i mean, yeah, sure, if she ever wants to be friends, i wouldn't mind it, but alyssa and steph are my best friends now. if push came to shove and i had to pick between having the friendship i had with casey three years ago (which is impossible, as much as i do want it) and the friendship i have with alyssa and steph now, it wouldn't even take a heartbeat for me to pick alyssa and steph. they're pretty much family to me now.
they're the older sisters i never wanted, but got anyways.
and i'm so grateful they're in my life now.
