So, a new day, a new idea! To be honest, I didn't know which idea to order from you, because I have a lot of them... Maybe even too many, but it doesn't matter. The idea of a platonic yanderes this time is not "SBI" (surprisingly, but they will be in the future), and there's a theory that Puffy raised Dream and Foolish (they call her "father" in some stories). What if the reader was also her son? (It's not necessary to specify the gender, but it was the first time I came up with the idea of a male reader.) The reader is about the same age as Dream (maybe a little older, but only by a couple of months at most). It wasn't intentional, but his family ignored him (middle child syndrome?). As a result, Foolish goes on an adventure, Dream leaves with his friends, and Puffy resumes his adventures. The reader also embarks on a journey, focusing on hardcore worlds where he accomplishes incredible feats! (MudFiaps is an example, if that tells you anything). He is very sociable but rarely leaves his world (hence, he has never been on servers before).
One day, he walks into the DMV (the main events haven't ended yet, but Dream isn't in prison, and Puffy is already on the Server) There, he quickly becomes friends with the others, and at first looks like a little sun (perhaps he is the lowest in the family except for "father"), but as soon as he sees someone from the family, he closes in on himself and clearly becomes sadder, at first neither dream nor puffy and Fulish do not notice this, since he always But as time goes on, the reader gets closer to the others and opens up as a somewhat crazy person who does incredible things: collecting ALL kinds of armor (more than 4,000), a collection of all animals (even all kinds of fish of which more than 3,072) and so on, and with the rest he is only happy to do some stupid things! but the catch is that he doesn't pay any attention to his health. He often faints (he often doesn't sleep for several days to achieve his goals).
And the family is worried when they find out that the Reader has fainted in the middle of the server. They come to help him, and when he wakes up, he is surprised to see his family around him. Puffy is patting his head, Foolish is looking at his huge base, and Dream is just sitting next to him. When they ask him how he managed to get himself into this state, he just brushes it off, saying that he often faints while building his structures, and has been doing so since he was 10 years old (when he still lived with them). and the family asks what he's working on, and the reader's eyes light up, and he tells them about all the huge statues, temples, museums, bases, and how he's been working on complex mods (where it takes weeks of Minecraft to create a workbench). The family is surprised because they didn't know about any of the projects, and the reader quickly clarifies that he had mentioned them, but they were busy and didn't hear him. It's a moment of realization.
Puffy decides to go get some food (and realize that she was a bad parent to the reader) and asks her son where the kitchen is, to which he replies that he hasn't built one, as he primarily eats golden carrots. However, if she wants to, she can check out the storage room, where there should be meat for the zoo's mobs. Dream accompanies Puffy, as the building is quite large. Foolish stays with his brother, who enthusiastically explains how he created a massive mechanism for easy diamond mining. and he can't help but notice how thin his brother is and how much smaller his hands are than Foolish's own (which isn't difficult considering that even in human form, the demigod is quite large). As they walk to the warehouse, Puffy and Dream can't help but admire the base. However, Puffy can't help but think about how long she's been ignoring her son, and Dream can't forget the numerous scars beneath his brother's clothes. Eventually, the family realizes that they won't ignore the Reader anymore.
“THE CHILD THEY MISSED” — Platonic Yandere Puffy, Dream & Foolish x Reader
It starts on a day that was supposed to be ordinary.
The Server was unusually lively—DMV filled with the usual chaos, bickering, and questionable architecture choices. You’d only meant to visit for a few minutes. Really, that was all. A peek into a world beyond your own hardcore dimensions; maybe trade some materials, share some stories, then return to the place where your thousand-block megabases stood untouched by anyone but you.
You walked through the portal, brushing dust off your armor—one of your favorites from your 4,000-set collection—and instantly the room lit up.
You were a walking sunbeam. Laughing, talking easily, glowing with the excitement of someone who finally had real people to talk to. Everyone took to you right away. Someone joked that you were Puffy’s height (which admittedly, wasn’t tall), and you just shrugged with a smile.
But the second Dream walked by?
It was like watching a flame snuffed out.
Your posture crumpled. Your voice died. Your smile folded away until it was a thin, apologetic line.
At first, no one noticed. Puffy was busy. Foolish was busy. Dream was… Dream. And you? You kept your brightness turned toward everyone else—just not the three people who should have seen it first.
It took days for them to put it together.
Days of watching you rush around doing stupid, wonderful things with the other server members—racing boats down cliffs, spawning snow golems in random houses, building a 1:1 scale recreation of the moon because someone offhandedly wondered if it was possible.
Days of seeing you laugh with others in a way you never did with them.
Days of seeing you never sleep.
And then came the moment that changed everything.
COLLAPSE
You were halfway through building a redstone system—an automatic diamond quarry powered by an absurd chain of command blocks and pistons—when your knees just buckled.
You hit stone. Then darkness.
When awareness returned, the first thing you felt was warmth on your head—slow, rhythmic, gentle.
Then a voice, trembling at the edges.
“Sweetie? Are you awake?”
Puffy. Her gloved hand stroking your hair.
You blinked, vision blurry. Dream sat cross-legged beside you, elbows on knees, expression unreadable but eyes sharp, fixed on you with laser-like intensity. Foolish hovered behind them, arms crossed—whether to hide worry or to keep himself from shaking you awake was unclear.
You tried sitting up. Dream’s hand immediately pressed to your shoulder—firm, steady, not allowing movement.
“How,” he asked quietly, “did you get yourself into this state?”
You shrugged lightly. “Oh. That? I faint like that all the time. Building stuff. Been doing it since I was ten. It’s normal.”
Puffy physically flinched. Foolish’s jaw tightened. Dream’s fingers curled.
“Since you were ten?” Foolish repeated slowly, voice too soft for someone normally cheerful. “You fainted while we lived together?”
You hesitated only a moment before nodding. “You guys were always busy. I told you about the projects—like the temples and the statue garden and the modded worlds—but you never heard. It’s okay though! I didn’t want to bother you.”
The silence that followed was suffocating.
Puffy’s eyes glistened. Dream’s stare sharpened to something dangerous. Foolish looked like he wanted to sink into the floor.
Finally, Puffy stood abruptly.
“I’m getting you food,” she said. “Real food. Not just the golden carrots you live on.” She forced a smile. “Where’s your kitchen, sweetie?”
You blinked.
“Uh… I didn’t build one. I mostly eat the carrots. But the storage room should have meat for the zoo mobs. If you want.”
Dream stood as soon as she did.
“I’ll go with you,” he said quickly, almost too quickly. “The base is big. You might get lost.”
The two left, the door closing behind them.
FOOLISH AND THE MECHANISM
You began describing your diamond-mining contraption the moment they were gone, enthusiasm bubbling like a geyser.
“And then,” you said, “if you connect this part to the auto-sorter, it collects every ore type! Oh, and I made a bypass so it detects diamonds separately so they don’t get mixed!”
Foolish listened silently.
Too silently.
His eyes didn’t leave you—not your face, but your hands. Thin. Calloused. Smaller than his. Fragile in a way that made his chest tighten uncomfortably.
“Bro,” Foolish finally interrupted, voice wavering, “when’s the last time you… ate? Or slept?”
You shrugged again.
“I dunno. Two… three days? Maybe four?”
Foolish inhaled sharply.
“Four—? You fainted and didn’t even notice! How is that—?”
“It happens,” you said easily. “It’s just how I build. You know.”
He did not, in fact, know.
And he hated that you thought he did.
PUFFY & DREAM IN THE WAREHOUSE
Meanwhile, between the towering shelves of your storage room—organized so perfectly it rivaled museums—Puffy stopped walking.
Dream, a chest of carefully sorted mob meat open before him, turned.
“Puffy?”
“I didn’t see any of it,” she whispered.
Dream stayed silent.
“I didn’t see him. I didn’t see what he was doing. I didn’t notice he was fainting—since he was ten? Ten, Dream.” Her breath shook. “What kind of parent misses that?”
Dream closed the chest, slowly.
“He didn’t tell us in words,” Dream said. “But he tried. And we didn’t listen.”
He didn’t say who he blamed more.
He didn’t need to.
Both of them felt it.
And both came to the same conclusion:
They were never going to overlook you again.
Ever.
A FAMILY’S DECISION
When they returned, you were still rambling to Foolish about the diamond machine. Dream placed food beside you without a word. Puffy sat down again and carded her fingers back into your hair.
You froze for a moment, confused.
Then she pulled you gently into her side.
“Sweetie,” she murmured, voice soft but steely beneath it, “we’re going to make sure you never faint alone again.”
Dream nodded once.
“You’re part of this family,” he added, tone leaving no room for argument. “And we’re done ignoring you.”
Foolish rested a hand on your shoulder, warm and grounding.
“We’re making up for lost time,” he declared. “Starting now.”
You blinked, overwhelmed, confused—
—but for the first time in years…
…you felt seen.
