This recipe for Crock Pot Pulled Pork BBQ makes tender, flavorful pulled pork that goes well on sandwiches, tacos, or with your favorite sides.
Ingredients: 4 lbs pork shoulder, trimmed of excess fat. 1 cup barbecue sauce. 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar. 1/4 cup brown sugar. 1 tablespoon mustard. 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce. 1 tablespoon chili powder. 1 teaspoon garlic powder. 1 teaspoon onion powder. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Put mustard, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Add the Worcestershire sauce and mix well. Put the pork shoulder in the crock pot. Make sure the pork is evenly covered as you pour the sauce mixture over it. Turn the heat down to low, cover, and cook for 8 to 10 hours, or until the pork is very soft. Take the pork out of the slow cooker when it's done cooking and shred it with two forks. Bring the pork shreds back to the slow cooker and mix them with the sauce. For the flavors to soak in, let it cook for another 30 minutes. Put the pulled pork on buns and top them with the things you like. Have fun!
