I don't know if they were just being nice, but everyone said it was good. I was kind of down on it, but I think I'll just let it age until next Valentine's Day and be happy with that until the next revision. Maybe go with fresh cherries or puree rather than canned whole cherries, and try to sort out the poor head retention.
