Sticking with the classics here’s a base model Studio Standard from a few years back. No whammy bars, crazy wiring, or Kustom Kolor metal flake finishes. Just beautiful wood lightly finished and early 50’s spec pickups that chime and twang. Could be all you need... Classic style with a boat load of tone! This sweet Fullerton Custom is just about ready to go. I might just have to play it a bit more in the interest of making sure the setup is right; what a chore! Milk paint on a light weight pine body, amber finish on a chunky vintage style neck, nickel hardware, and scoffed bakelite pick guard all add up to an absolute classic look and feel. The Broadcaster bridge pickup plus a Lollar Firebird in the neck offer a remarkable range and there’s definitely something special going on in that middle position.
