hello!! I loooooved TLAC and TonpaQuest So Much and they've been one of my fav experiences ever for a dating sim/visual novel game! I was wondering if you used anything to make it? as I'm a beginner coder and wanted to try out making a vis novel game of my own! Ty!

Yes!! I’m so glad that you liked TLAC and TQ first of all - they really were so much fun to make. Me and @darksonatas always love to hear your kind words.

I used Ren’Py! A week before TLAC was released I didn’t know anything about coding, and by Valentines day I was able to put out a finished product. Here’s a link to their site - it’s free! I found Ren’Py really, really simple. There’s even an interactive tutorial!

I also super recommend checking out the lemmasoft forums - anytime I had an issue or a bug, I found my answers there.

Finally - you can always feel free to reach out to me! I’m in a wedding this weekend, so I’m pretty busy, but I’ll help as much as I can otherwise.
