So for starters, her name is Yari!! My mom said that “Yari” was gonna be my name but she ended up changing it (why mom, why😖) so I thought of it like “This MIGHT be Yari” She’s also 20 years old (big 2 0)
Personality wise, she’s just mostly like myself. I like to say I’m quiet until I’m comfortable with someone I’m comfortable with (cliché I know😭) but I’m finding out that I’m very loud and talkative when I’m forced to be and I actually get quieter when I’m comfortable with someone🧍🏾♀️Strange. She’s still very shy, but it’s kinda like a spectrum. Some days she’s gonna be this, some days she’ll be that. I’d say she’s somewhat on the neutral good alignment, not really chaotic good. As for a flaw, she has the need to constantly try to fit in. It’s something that I also struggle with, accepting that some ppl just aren’t gonna like me🤷🏾♀️ So we’re both working on it 😖 Vibe wise, she kinda reminds me of going to the beach at night. Idk if anyone feels like this but going to the beach at night is TOP TIER, totally a different experience.
She is a lesbian (LESBIAN TAKEOVER‼️) and I see her interacting with the various skeleton bothers in a sibling dynamic! The bros are like… long lost brothers. (Lilytale is whole different story tho 🤭)
It was definitely a challenge to design her. Cuz it’s my sona so obviously imma be planning of using her a lot. I ended up making a combination of my favorite things tho.
The face and yellow cheeks is based of my favorite animal, EMPEROR PENGUINS‼️ I adore emperor penguins (we’re gonna ignore some of the horrific facts) and why not make my sona have that iconic yellow but on her cheeks? (Don’t get it confused with king penguins, they have a more burnt orange color) Added some lashes too! Realistically, I don’t know how she would have lashes but um who cares, you feel me? Added some white bows cuz I am in fact a bow girly🤘🏾I put bows on literally everything, so I HAD to put some on her. There’s something about bows that just make me feel like a princess‼️ Also they’re white cuz i mostly wear that color and I figured it was a nice plain color to have. The necklace (I love the way blue drew it🙏🏾) is just a simple necklace that I got from Etsy, but I love it so much! Like the bows, the necklace just be making me feel like a princess👏🏾
For the body, I just went with my natural shape. (bone thug😔) Her ecto color is ice blue (Alice blue if you feel fancy) and little funny story, I actually used to hate the color blue😭😭 but like, I took those Korean personality tests and all my answers have some type of variation of blue🧍🏾♀️(I took the personality color pallet test and I got the navy blue pallet..) SO IM OFFICIALLY A COLOR BLUE LOVER NOW‼️🤭 She is 5’6 (my height) which by the way, is apparently really tall for a woman?😭 everyone I grew up with is tall as shit, so ion know-
For the outfit… (sighs) y’all I struggle ngl. Ok so, the original plan was to take some things out of my closet, I wanted to have her wear something that I could see myself wearing. But then I realized that I have too many clothes and I’m apart of too many aesthetics😭 I felt like if I only chose one then I’d miss out on some other cool stuff. So I ended up merging two together? Like the bows and necklace are def coquette coded. And the rest of the outfit is kinda casual? The top is like a navy cropped sweater with yellow lace in the chest area. (the original sweater is brown and has white lace oops) Most of my tops are long sleeved cuz ion like showing my arms, so I had her wear long sleeves too. (it’s like a personal touch eugh) for the bottoms I chose some NewJeans (IM SUPER SHY, SUPER SHY‼️) baggy grey sweatpants that I bought. I also don’t like showing my legs, (I always wear tights or thigh high socks whenever I wear skirts) so I went with baggy sweats! Baggy sweats are fun to wear tbh but they gotta be baggy at the leg too😭 I hate me some tight ass pants legs😖 The shoes are just some navy Nikes that I’m planning to buy!
There was also another outfit that I had in mind cuz I was afraid her original outfit was too plain.. but I’m also a very plain person myself sooo😭 The other outfit was gonna be g-idle Miyeon’s QueenCard stage outfit! (If you know you know) cuz it checked all the boxes I had. But I didn’t wanna steal shawty’s whole outfit😭 so I stuck with the one she’s wearing! I might get her commissioned in Miyeon’s outfit just for fun tho!

But yea, I’m in love with her and how it turned out! Thank you again @bluechocowitz cuz we wouldn’t have her without you!! And this is like my first ever reference (that’s not a picrew) for a sona that I developed actual lore for! So yea super proud of her, super proud of blue, and super proud of myself!
