What a lovely fruit salad, right? WRONG!!! It's POTATOES!!! I'm so excited to try these! I've been wanting to forever and I finally found a mixed bag for a good price! 1.5lbs for $3.47!!! In this particular bag I got #RussianBanana, #RedThumb & #PurplePeruvian. Hope they taste good! I'm making them with fresh #KingSalmon... *bites nails*... Of all the things I've cooked in my lifetime, I've never cooked fresh fish! Pretty nervous! 😆 #WishMeLuck!
