I am so tired of the “both side” trope, because no, I’m sorry but it is not both sides.
It is not both sides when 80% of a side and 20% of the other are problematics.
It is not both side when a group decide it’s ok to plagiarize and then dm CSA fics to people, to crew, to cast.
It is not both side when people send death threat over a cut scene.
It is not both side when a group pushed actors away from social media.
It is not both side when fans and actor get hacked.
It is not both side when the family of an actor had to go private because they were harassed.
It is not both side when people decide to stalk fans’ IG and use the fact that they have families against them.
It is not both side when you create fake accounts to mess with people.
It is not both side when you try to infiltrate private discords to get either content or information on people to use later.
It is not both side when you have a “spy network” sending links to people profiles.
It is not both side commenting hate on a crew member post.
It is not both side.
