so i found out a long while ago from a video by someone who goes by deadwingdork that there's this spanish/south american gnostic cult that wrote a manifesto about how they believe that smurfs and walt disney (among other things) are demonic. this isn't even scratching the surface of how unhinged this gets (yes, this was taken from ifunny for reasons i'll explain in a bit):
this cult popped up in my head again today and i discovered that the creators of the original slideshow have taken it (and as i found out, other such documents they have written) down without it being properly archived. this cult (whatever its name is) also had simillarly formatted documents to this one, most of which like the smurf manifesto have been lost to time. i am immensely distraught by how much has been lost. i'll leave a couple links below, one to the video that led to me discovering this in the first place and one of the cult's surviving writings. i will provide updates if i find anything more about this. we cannot let this be forgotten by history
