I don’t know if there are better or cheaper options out there, I picked this one specifically for its size. Diglett absolutely adores it and uses every inch of space. I gave him several different “layers” from the top to the bottom to make the best use of the vertical height, and some of his favorite places happen to be those off the ground!

The quality is wonderful. This tank is light but also very sturdy. The hinges for the door are amazing. The acrylic door is..well, it’s acrylic, and it scratches. I plan on putting some glass in its place, but it’s the only gripe I have and it’s not even that big of an issue for me.

They cut recessed holes into the bottom and top corners for large risers that they include, so if you are stacking them, there’s some space between for heat tape, which, there’s also a recessed area for that as well, providing tons of good ventilation. There are vent slots on the back which offer just the right amount of airflow.

All in all, I can’t recommend this tank enough, if you have the money to spend. Again, there might be cheaper options, but I’m thoroughly pleased with what I received for what I paid. I plan on getting a second one to house a female hoggie sometime in the future!
