Imma be honest, idk how yall get so happy when u loose weight. For some reason when I see the weight drop I get mad that it’s not more and it makes me more motivated to eat less calories, I genuinely do not get happy when I see the weight drop. Maybe once I see a big big dip then I’ll be ecstatic

I don’t know if it’s because I drank too much water beforehand but I purged at home today and most of it came out of my nose. It hurt like hell I can’t even lie, I can still feel it burn my throat when I swallow my spit. Im gonna try and stop purging for a bit and js restrict for a while.
