I’m officially cutting myself off from Clexakru on twitter. They’re sending death threats to zimbio and that they’ll shoot up HQ is the straights make it further. Like yeah they need to revisit their shit because there’s no way Clexa lost but we’re supposed to be calm and reasonable while asking not threatening persons lives.

I cut myself off from twitter fanbase in general a long time ago. I feel you. That shit is the worst and the only thing it’s gonna do is make everyone hate clexa/lexa or make talking about it a taboo.

Maybe if people, especially on twitter just kept it nice and stopped harrassing everything and anything that they don’t approve of, then maybe Alycia would still be talking about Lexa as much as we know she wants to, maybe the cast would casually mention her and talk about her character and not only when they’re basically forced to. Maybe people wouldn’t have to say shit like “I used ot ship clexa/I used to like Lexa but all the drama gives off such a bad vibe that I know associate that with Lexa/Clexa”

I'm honestly amazed at how much people are upset over fans possibly cheating in a fandom pole. Like, there's so much effort going into proving this cheating and so much hate flying back and forth and I just honestly think it's hilarious. They're polls, people. They don't mean anything. If even half of the bc & cl shippers were as invested in cheating that actually matters, we might actually have proof that the Annoying Orange cheated to become president...

well this is a bit dramatic because we can’t do anything about that and within fandoms that we’re passionate about we can actually make a difference with just a small group of people. (Also a lot of us arent American so y’all gotta fix that orange in the white house, not me). But I too am very passionate about Zimbio because  it’s such a big part of Clexakru. We won this goddamn thing twice and if we could win it now that our ship has been dead for 2 years that would give so many people a little spark of hope or happiness. I don’t normally get really invested in stuff like this but Zimbio is a big part of keeping Lexa alive that I cherish so much. Most of the ships that are in the poll are still alive and some are even canon, all we got is little things like polls so yeah I don’t blame Clexakru for being so passionate about Zimbio. I mean of course it’s not real life and it’s just an internet poll but it means something to a lot of people. But I just don’t feel like putting effort into any negativity or any potential drama around it. I’d rather put my effort into voting.
