Could I make a Melanie Martinez faceclaim be demigender?
While it is best to use non-binary face claims to represent non-binary characters, I don’t believe making Melanie (who identifies as female) demigender would be problematic. As I’m not a non-binary individual, I could be wrong with this, so if anyone who is NB disagrees please speak up! Further, I might try consulting problematicrp just to be safe.
Hi! I don't know if you've answered this before, if so, sorry for the inconvenience. I was just wondering if you had any advice on gender representation. I definitely want to include more than just cis characters, but there aren't too many non-cis faceclaims in my roleplay's age range. I've seen some rpgs use cis faceclaims for genderqueer characters. I was just wondering if that's considered offensive, since I definitley don't want to offend anyone.
It's always preferable to use non-cis face claims for non-cis characters, but if those aren't available, I don't think it's offencive to use cis face claims as non-cis characters. If someone finds it offencive please reply to this and correct me, but I've seen it done tastefully before and don't believe it is.
