PROVE ME WRONG: ⁣ ⁣ Running can be hard!! 🥵⁣ ⁣ But sometimes the toughest things provide the best return on investment!⁣ ⁣ Running keeps you healthier physically, emotionally and mentally!⁣ ⁣ 👉It can make you feel happy!⁣ ⁣ Running releases happy chemicals like serotonin in your brain, elevating your mood. ⁣ ⁣ 👉 It can make your body stronger!⁣ ⁣ To run we must be able to support our body weight with our legs - the force of our weight trains our muscles and bones to become stronger. (& actually IMPROVES knee health!)⁣ ⁣ 👉 It can keep you healthy and help ward off diseases!⁣ ⁣ Running help both your mental and physical wellbeing, which make you give you a POWERHOUSE immune system that can keep you going strong during the worst flu seasons (or *ahem* a certain pandemic). You ever look back and wonder how the heck you got to where you are today??? 🤔⁣ ⁣ 3 years ago I would have never imagined that I’d be working independently - making a living MY way, all while helping other people reach their goals. (and also helping the fur kids too 😍🐶🐶🐶)⁣ ⁣ It’s more than I could have ever imagined! And what I love the most is meeting so many amazing women along the way ✨⁣ ⁣ It’s super gratifying to know that I’m making a huge difference in other people’s lives.⁣ ⁣ And let me tell ya, confidence is CONTAGIOUS!
