#quaratunes. Today it's UB40. This mornings #quaratunes is from Carlos Santana, back when he adopted a #Sanskrit name Devadip (putting the extra dippy inside that hippie). To be honest I consider some of these late 70s records some of his best, as their instrumental prowess and great arrangements still sound fresh now. The lineup on this record is pretty badass, including 3/4ths of Miles Davis's second classic quintet, as well as Harvey Mason and Orestes Vilató (one of Cuba's best percussionists). #vinyl (at SoFA District) https://www.instagram.com/p/CFfNdUdDw-v/?igshid=7qa4mliklsqi

#quaratunes even though "something about you" is the big hit that made them famous in the US for a hot minute in 1985, it's this tune that really impressed me and started my lifelong fandom with Brit funk band level 42.
