Some people are reluctant to believe because we're fucking sick of seeign bromances and queerbating in every show/movie, many think Sherlock is gonna be just like any other show... and I just can't blame them! Somebody need to cross the fucking line already! We're in 2014, generations changed, the media need to understand what people want to see nowadays. I do think Sherlock will be the show who cross the line!!

I understand that we've all been queerbaited to death and are all so sick of being beaten upside the head with standard heteronormative romance and so on. I totally get it.
But I also have never, ever, ever seen a case of queerbaiting that involved the kind of effort and attention to detail that the relationship between Sherlock and John has been given in this show. Not ever. Especially in light of s3, which for me, brought together a lot of little things from s1 and s2 and made the goal crystal clear. Before s3, I was on the fence and perfectly willing to admit that there was a good chance the show was just queerbaiting. After s3, I feel like we are so far beyond that possibility, there's no turning back.
Which is not to say that I've never been wrong about something I had pretty strong convictions about, but... I just really don't think I'm wrong this time. There's just so. Much. Evidence.
