I don't know how long it usually takes but you should contact them and you'll probably get something for it because that's not supposed to happen if you paid for overnight!
I actually just got finished talking to a specialist, and after I explained to them that I understand that they’re busy but I really need this for grad school, he realized that I never had a student discount applied, so I managed to get $50 back, which was the cost of my shipping and then some! WOOOOOT.
but regardless, i’ve learned as an adult (both as a CS worker and as a customer) to be nice to customer service and they’ll be more willing to work with you to solve an issue/give you perks. the one i talked to yesterday and the one i talked to this morning don’t understand why it’s taking so long though, which adds a little bit more frustration, but hey, there’s not much i can do from here but wait. at least today’s caught the student discount!
