What drew you to rping this character?My love for the character itself. I won't lie, I'm a huge Yami fangirl. One day a friend of mine said jokingly 'hey you should do an rp blog for him~' and I said pshhhh nah but welp look where that got me. At first it was just the appearance and the voice and the strength of the character in the show but as I rewatched it in Japanese and English and read the manga it turned into so much more and I feel so much more attached to Yami.
What’s something you like about how you write?I like how I can write a lot or a little, but writing a little is actually harder than writing a lot.
What’s something you dislike about how you write or wish you were better at?I tend to ramble, and sometimes feel very plain. I want to give my replies more variety.
What’s something about your character that you’d like if you had to spend time with them?I'd love his chill personality and gentlemanly qualities. He'd be lovely to have tea with and go furniture shopping with which sounds like a great day to me
What’s something about your character that you wouldn’t like if you had to spend time with them?He'd constantly probably be fretting over me because I get hurt all the time just bumping into things etc but actually that's kinda nice
What’s a negative thing about your character that you enjoy writing?His insanity. I love writing the lack of control he has sometimes and how he struggles with the two sides of himself. There is a very dark side of Yami that I haven't gotten to write all that much but would like to.
What;s a similarly you have with your character?Fretting about people and wanting them happy
What’s a difference you have with your character?I'm not nearly so confident or capable. I'm a total klutz
What’s the hardest thing for you to write?Angst is really hard for me to write because of the emotional bond I have with Yami. When he's upset, I get upset. That's partially why I had to leave for a bit because so much sad was going on and Yami was too upset for me to even want to come on here.
