Do dialogue choices make a difference in the long-run here? I know they don't make a big difference in the outcome of the conversation and what you learn, but I'm talking about quests later.
Specifics under the cut (spoilers)
If you lose the fight Samuel confiscates your sword, and at the end of the conversation he asks you where you got it. You can choose to say Martin, your dad, and you can see his wheels turning, taking in the info. Does that make a difference later in Raborsch, in the conversation about being brothers?
Does winning/losing the fight change Sam's opinion of you? If you lose, he asks about the sword, if you win he comments about you being able to beat his best men.
Also, in admitting or omitting the betrayal under torture of Lichtenstein's location, does omitting have a negative long term impact? I always pick admit, but on a run my ps glitched up I chose omit just to see what gets said, so I'm just curious if there's any long term implications.
