I've been questioning if I'm multiself.
Basically I often feel like I have different aspects of myself. Sometimes I can visualise these people talking to each other (especially when I'm using their discussion to form an opinion on sth). Other times, they're just voices.
Sometimes, visualising myself as multiple people is the best way I can describe certain parts of my identity, such as being abrosexual, or being polykin. At the end of the day, they are all me, and don't necessarily communicate with each other (although sometimes they might? Idk)
I've accepted being a singlet, but I do feel that there is a bit more to me than that. Because I don't have anyone that could be considered a headmate (they're all just me, but maybe with slightly different identities depending on their purpose), I don't want to describe myself as a median/plurallet (plus I do not want to deal with anti-endos honestly). However I'm also aware that there's discourse surrounding multiself as well. Still, out of all the terms I found, multiself is currently the best one.
I was also wondering if there were any sublabels that could apply to me based on my experiences.
I also came across MaDD and I've been questioning if I'm a maladaptive daydreamer. I'm more inclined to say that I am than I am not, but I've never been able to tell if (insert symptom here) is affecting my academic and personal life, or if it's just something else.
