You come by the start of a cliff that slants gradually, yielding a large wall. It shimmers with colourful paper lanterns, flickering and gleaming, seemingly painted with different figures that seemingly looked like Legendary Pokemon. A few tables are laid out with various of paints, flowers, papers and other craft materials scattered everywhere, blotting the dulling brown with colour.
