This is a #ventilated #beehive topper #Quiltbox used for ventilation to reduce moisture. It has a hole for the bees to gain access to the #brood box. Also in the back you can open without breaking the #propolis seal completely to feed #pollen patties directly on the top of the frame or even check on the bees if needed.
