This Zucchini Quinoa Pizza Crust is a healthy and flavorful alternative to traditional pizza crusts. Packed with protein-rich quinoa and nutritious zucchini, it's crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, making it the perfect base for your favorite vegan toppings.
Ingredients: 1 cup cooked quinoa. 1 cup grated zucchini, squeezed to remove excess moisture. 2 tablespoons ground flaxseed. 3 tablespoons water. 1/4 cup nutritional yeast. 1 teaspoon dried oregano. 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Warm your oven up to 400F 200C and put parchment paper on a baking sheet. Ground flaxseed and water should be mixed together in a small bowl. Leave it alone for a while until it gets thicker. Put cooked quinoa, grated zucchini, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Add the flaxseed mixture that has been thickened. Mix everything together well. Place the dough on the baking sheet that has been prepared and spread it out into a thin, even layer. Shape the dough into a round pizza crust. After the oven is hot, bake the pie for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the crust is firm and slightly golden. Taking it out of the oven and adding your favorite vegan pizza toppings is what you should do next. Put the pizza back in the oven and bake for another 10 to 15 minutes, or until the toppings are hot all the way through and the crust is golden around the edges. Cut it up and serve it hot. Have fun with your tasty zucchini quinoa pizza!
