a little fun comment, based on a line Toby says in this episode
Quintis AU, “After Her, After Him”
“I love her.” Said Walter pointing the door outside. “I’m a moron.” He ran fast as he aproached his car, turning it on and getting to the road.
“No, you are just a genius.” said Toby, handing his cup of Tequila, suprised of what he just tell him to Walter. Getting her love right next to him. Get it back.
He standed up and took the lastest drop of Tequila of his cup. It was empty.
“Getting her back..” he mumbled tapping the Tequila bottle. He was lost in his own world, thinking of Happy and the past.
Suddently, a motorcycle entered into the garage and a shadow jumped down the motorcycle.
He blinked and rubbed his eyes. He wasn’t dreaming. “I’m deluding right now.” The shadow aproached him as it took the helmet that it ws hidding their face. It was Happy, the hamster hands and black long curly hair was infront of him. “Hey Toby.”
“Happy? Wh-what are you doing at,” he checked his clock. Quater to twelve. “It’s late Hap. Did you forgot your tools or something else?”
“Yes” she responded, making talk Toby.
“Then go and get it” he answered anrgily, Happy suspired and add “But I can’t.”
“What do you mean ‘bout that?” he didn’t get her. I can’t get it. He didn’t get it.
“I mean that the person right infront of me don’t want to ask her.” She answered him pleasured, and getting him more confused.
“What do you mean?” asked her by the things she told. Now things getting clear got messy.
“That I wasn’t married, jackass!” she shouted. “I wasn’t married all this time. Not more.”
Toby was, well, fucked up. “You-you are not more married?” he said. He could just felt to the floor of his EQ, but Happy explained him that she was actually married to a guy before she knew Walter, they were best friends in a bar, and they went way to far into their relationship. She explained why she kepted it in secret and that if someone knew it of it, she will not be pleasured.
“Do you know the guy’s name?” he asked. She said no.
“When did you divorsed him?” he asked when she finished.
“I went to get the papers for divorse, but I founded him again, making line with a girl. I didn’t knew his name, so I made line, which was fast what I know for my first time. When it was his turn, he looked at me and called me.” She tooked a deep breath. “So, I signed the papers, so now..”
“You can now marry anyone.” he ended for her. She answered with a smile.
“..But I can’t marry noone if someone has a beautiful ring in a box, in his pocket.” She aproached his left hand, and his right had took the box from his pocket, and opened it.
When he put his right knee down, saw her face, she saw her dark deep eyes shinning by the brighness of the artificial lights. Their child would have her eyes and his hat.
“For the moment I saw you, I knew that you were the right person for my life, the person with the key to my heart. Happy Quinn, would you make this man happy for the rest of your life?” He asked gently. She let a emotional tear down of what he said.
“Tobias M. Curtis, I would absolutelly make you happy.” she informed him.
He jumped with his knees, took her left hand and put her the beautiful silver ring.
Wow, it is so precious! she thought.
“The big question is, what are we going to tell to the team of this?” he swifted to take her hand and rub the ring. Very shinny.
“We can tell them when we get officially married of before some months, or never.” she poined out and explained.
“They’ll notice it. Our behaiour around us and most important..” He took her left hand and touched the ring.
“I’ll use it when there is an ‘off-day’.” She reached for his neck, “Or, I’ll lie and you say I’m saying the truth.”
“Good idea.” he confirmed. He surrounded his arms into her waist and kiss her deeply.
Happy pushed for a second. She was curious about something that was empty. Where is everyone?
“Where is everyone?” she consult him.
“Sylvester is babysitting Ralph, Paige and Tim are travelling to Tahoe to the jass concert, and Walter..”
“What happened with Walter?” she was successful but she hide it ‘till Toby talk.
“... He’s after Paige.” He was thirsty from the Tequila earlier. Way too dizzy.
She couln’t help it but jump into his head, take his hat and put it on, asking “Why is he after her?”
He arrangemented her ‘hat’ and and told her, “Because he loves her, and so do I love you sugar plum.” He catched her chin and stick her lips together softly, for some minutes.
She took her hand at his cheek and mumbled “Go as the plan?”
“Hmmm, let’s forget the plan for a moment and..” he stunked her head with the hat, “Let’s hae some fun.”
She smiled.

That night was special for the team. Sylester with Ralph, Walter way to Tahoe to tell Paige what he really feels about her, and the marriage from Happy and Toby Quinn Curtis.

It hit me some day.
There’s still a Scorpion team ,of course.
Waige already,Megan is in the hospital,but she wouldn’t die.
Dr.Toby Curits had his gambling problem,he got deep in debt.
Happy Quinn was abandoned by her father.When she accidently got involved in the case Cabe worked on,he helped her,took care her,like faher&daughter.

One day Toby hounded by his creditors,almostly drove him to the wall.And a tiny little Aisn girl showed up,helped him hide himself.However,Toby forgot to ask her name before she left.
Months later,when the genius team worked on a horrible case about large automobile manufacturing company, with Homeland. They met Happy there, tiny&smart,also genius like them.She is a mechanic,she helped them a lot. During the case,Toby tried hard to see if she remembered she saved him once,and actually Toby had a crush on her,he never forgot her.
Eventually,the team catched the bad guy solved the case.Walter convinced Happy she should join them.
