"Sit still!" Yano whined as he tried to fit the bowtie properly around Kit's neck. "You're putting it on too tight, I can't breathe!" Kit whined in return as he wriggled, in the seat next to his friend.

"Why can't you just sit still! It wont be too tight if I can see properly what I'm doing-" Their bickering abruptly ended, as they heard footsteps outside, and Sooyoung's voice talking to what must be their applicant.

Yano stopped fidgeting with Kit's bowtie, and Kit sat suddenly still, as the two of them stared at the door in great apprehention.

Jooheon had gotten quite used to seeing Kit and Yano be affectionate with each other. It wasn’t rare to find them snuggling or even kissing on the couch, even with him present as they all watched TV.

What he hadn’t expected, was for Kit to turn to him this time. Not that he complained. Not at all. If he was completely honest, Jooheon had kind of been waiting for one of them to make a move, wanting them to set the pace. So he willing kissed him back, gently moving his lips against the other’s before pulling back to offer a smile and ruffle his hair.

Kit had wanted to be kissing Jooheon from the very start, but Yano had been more concerned of being pushy. But they had discussed it at lenght- Like a kitty conference, and Kit had convinced his dear Yano that it was time to make a move- Before the other male thought that they might not be interested at all.

Kit had not expected any less than a return of the kiss, and he purred happily as the other ruffled his hair, smiling with red cheeks.

It hadn't gone exactly as the two- Maybe especially Kit- had planned. Kit had come up with the idea to dress up for their master as a surprise, and Yano had agreed, though he felt shy, he felt just as excited as Kit to surprise Jooheon- In hopes of some playtime.

They had gone out in secret and bought some short shorts, and planning on stealing a shirt each from Jooheon's closet and wait for him.

But Jooheon had come home before they were done- Due to the flaw in the plan. Which was that Kit had picked out two identical shorts in the same size- Not realizing that Yano's thighs were a little bigger than his. So now, they were still in the bathroom, and Yano was stuck in the shorts after they had attempted to force them on.

Yano was so embarassed, he'd taken to tears, and Kit was now the only one trying to yank them down, but to no avail. "I don't think we're gonna be ready-" Kit called trough the door.

While Jooheon was out, Kit and Yano had played for a while, but ultimately, their feline minds had decided it was time for a nap.

And so, when he arrived back, they lay tangled together, wrapped around each other with arms and legs on the couch, low purrs coming from both of their chests as they slept.

There was a brief pause as he carefully placed the flowers in a vase. “I’m really so honoured that you picked me, a little surprised really~ I heard you had so many applicants, and I promise to treat you so well. It’s a little new to me too, I bought a larger one when I realised you were coming to live with me~” he smiled. The apartment wasn’t huge, but he hoped it would be okay. He couldn’t promise luxury and perfect treatment, but he could promise safety, and that he would always comfort and protect them both.

“My room is just across from yours, and you’re welcome to come and cuddle with me at any time~ Please feel truly welcome in our home.”

Even at this early stage, Kit and Yano exchanged a look, that communicated to each other that they had made the right choice- They both already felt very welcomed, as the male hugged them and took the flowers they had brought.

"The others were nice and all, nobody was rude or anything but... You were the one who made us really feel the least pressured. I don't think anyone meant to but- We felt most comfortable with you," Yano said, as they sat on the couch.

"We'd love to help you in the kitchen! I've never done it before, but I'm sure I can get good at it," Kit said, perking up at once. Yano had cooked a little in the kitchen at Another Hope, so he was a little more experienced, so he too nodded.

"It's nice here," Yano commented as he stood up to his feet. "We can look around after we've eaten- I'm really hungry~"

The two of them had had a stressful week- They couldn't have imagined the influx of applications that suddenly arrived, and they had had many meetings with many potential owners, one more extravagant than the next.

After a lot of discussion, Kit and Yano both agreed- They had been most at ease with Kyuhyun out of all of them, a kind calm soul who didn't demand much of them besides their company, really.

So the agency called him back, and the nescesarry paperwork was filed. And finaly they were arriving at their new home.

Kit had had the idea that they would bring flowers, like Kyuhyun had done when they first met, so when they arrived they handed over a boquet of pink flowers that they had picked out on the way.

"Really?" Yano said, his face brightening. "I'm so glad you like them."
