I don’t take commissions for character x character. Please be as specific as possible about what you want to be included in the commission. I’ll let you know the outline beforehand, and start writing once I have your get-go. Feel free to ask for updates during the writing process, or raise any questions. I can’t guarantee how long writing a commission will take, because it will partially depend on my own motivation levels at the time, but shorter commissions will generally take less time. If you have a deadline in mind, let me know and I’ll try my best to have it finished by then — but do be reasonable with it, e.g. don’t ask me to write 5,000 words in three days. If you have questions about this, let me know! I may decline a commission if the idea doesn’t appeal to me; I don’t want to charge somebody for a piece of writing which I don’t feel I can put my full effort into. If you post the commission elsewhere, please credit me. These are also for personal use only (i.e. not commercial, for obvious reasons).

Pricing is £1 per 200 words. You can send me a rough word count (e.g. ‘around 700 words’) and I’ll stick as close as possible to the given word count. If I go over that number, I’ll charge only until that word count is reached and no further. Alternatively, you can pick one of the following brackets, and I will charge for however much I write within the chosen bracket: • Drabbles — 150 to 999 words • Short fics — 1,000 to 2,699 words • Medium-length fics — 2,700 to 4,999 words • Longer fics — 5,000+ words (for this bracket, I’ll charge up to however much I end up writing.) Again, if I write above the upper boundary of the chosen bracket, I won’t charge for the extra words.

Payments will be accepted through ko-fi. If you have specified a word count, you'll pay the full amount upfront. If you’ve commissioned for the word count brackets, you’ll pay in two rounds. First, before I start writing the commission, you’ll pay for the lower word count boundary of that bracket. Then, if the finished work exceeds the lower boundary, you’ll pay the remaining amount after the commission is completed based on how many words over the lower boundary I’ve written. e.g. Say you request the short fic bracket (1,000-2,699 words). You’ll pay £5 upfront (for 1,000 words). If the finished product ends up being 2,000 words long, you’ll pay the remaining £5 for the additional 1,000 words in that bracket (so, £10 in total). If the finished product is over 2,699 words and you’ve commissioned a short fic, the total price will be £5 (upfront) + £8.50 (afterwards, for the additional 1,699 words; £13.50 in total), charging up to the top boundary of 2,699 words but no further. Regarding refunds, if I don’t start or finish your commission, I’ll give either a full or partial refund, depending on how far I got into the commission in the latter case.
