2: What is the thing they feel the most guilty about?

If I had to think of anything of the top of my head that might be the time he tore his universe from the multiverse in fear. Not only did it damage it beyond belief but it terrified his partner. While R00ts, with the help of ADMIN, has restored and put it back he still feels awful about the way he acted. 

 5: List 3 fears; one “surface level” fear, one “repressed” fear, and one “deep dark” fear.

Being alone, falling, being forgotten and/or forgetting. 

Being along; When he’s alone he doesn’t often sleep, for instant if and when his partners are out he often goes out his [way to bring his kids into one room and watch other them. Surrounding himself with company so hes thoughts don’t wander to far. This is related out the void and how long he was alone for. He often needs to fill in the silence as well, either resorting to the tv or music.

Falling; Or more so the sensation of falling. For ages he couldn’t explain in detail why this triggered him but now he knows. Beforehand that weird sensation of falling, whether it be tripping or being dropped, would spark memories of his, or more so Sans’, death.

Memory; Whether it be him forgetting or others forgetting, is a dark fear of his. While technically the person forgotten was ‘Sans’ the feeling of being forgotten again or even forgetting someone is terrifying. There was one time a dear friend of his forgot him but…R00ts never found out and he never will.

22. Do they have any mental illnesses?

The most obvious one I can think of would be Anxiety but he tends to cope really well with it unless stress is high. When he does start to worry to much he occupies himself with activities and work until exhausted. However if anxieties are really high he tends to avoid sleep all together unless he passes out.
