Without question, Emily (@racheljesses) will always be the very best Jesse to me. She has somehow mastered the ability to be effortless in her portrayal of him, while simultaneously demonstrating the depth and finesse that she has put into creating every version of Jesse St. James that she plays. I doubt I could ever have the talent or creativity that she does when it comes to placing Jesse in any sort of scenario and knowing exactly how and why he would react. His voice, his actions and his story are always so spectacularly true to canon, while he, and her writing, remain consistently fresh and engaging. Ultimately, I doubt I could ever grow bored of playing with her Jesse because they consistently challenge me and my Rachel to be better.

I have never seen anyone capture and convey his sarcasm, confidence, ambition, underlying emotional vulnerability, and all of his many other traits in such an intelligent and engaging, but fundamentally in character, way before. Her Jesse is just exceptional and I cannot convey how extraordinarily lucky I am to play the Rachel against her Jesse in all of our very many verses. Thank you for being the best, Emily, and thank you for sharing your immeasurable talent with me.

It says you can choose what’s seen, but you can’t edit what people say? Maybe that’s our loophole? AND we can send feedback, which I strongly encourage everyone to do.

Q: Can I edit earlier reblogs, or the original post, in my reblog? A: You can choose whether or not you want to include that stuff in your own reblog, but you can’t really go in and edit other people’s text. We know—that level of flexibility allowed you guys do some pretty interesting stuff, but it also made misattribution way too easy.
