I’ve been less inclined to rock climb so far this semester because they’re redoing the walls and it’s like, a bunch of really easy ones and then HELLO DO YOU HAVE FINGERTIP STRENGTH NO I DON’T THINK YOU DO EVEN THOUGH YOU THOUGHT YOU DID ones. Very few at my level.
Hopefully they fix that and add more since a lot of the walls have room for more paths. *__*
I wish I was more writing- based but dang I can’t figure out a plot with these characters for the life of me beyond a basic idea (which I love! Just can’t flesh..) I understand why a lot of comics have multiple people working on them… ;(
Today I had a donut with ice cream in it. I regret my life choices. (JK it was delicious)
However, nothing was quite as amusing for my boyfriend than me breathing and the powdered sugar on it going EVERYWHERE. My face, my hair, the table. I looked like a crack addict.
Don’t take me to public places.
At this point I feel like I literally only come on Tumblr for 3 reasons:
-PRETTY ART/STORIES
-Trying to keep up with the lovely people I’ve befriended (and am slowly slipping away from I’m so sorry)
-PRETTY ART/STORIES
Ahhh Fanime tomorrrooow
Packed my apartment. Got very little sleep. Unpacked everything back to house. Gotta get up early to get ready and head out to Fanime, but I’m looking forward to the Artist Alley and relaxing for a weekend after this week!! <3
fatally-procrastinating said: Oooh! That looks REALLY good so far! What materials are you using?
Awww, thank you! I’m using clay. Specifically, Super Sculpey in Beige for the skin (wrapped around tin foil so it’s not super thick and hard to bake) and then both Sculpey and Fimo clay. (Which, unfortunately I have mainly regular Sculpey, but honestly I prefer Fimo because over time Sculey gets hard to work with. Fimo stays soft! )
On one hand, it’d have been easier if I’d just purchased the Funko Pop base, but on the other it’s kind of fun to make a mini one. Plus, clay is my go-to big present for people because I feel like people like it more than art. *^*;;
