@raggdxy && the Master from here
“I’m here because I’m here. The usual story. It’s a long one.” The Master says. He was still giving a bit of a struggle, mostly reveling in the feeling of having him so close that he could practically hook into his consciousness without a word…
“Amy,” he corrects as he goes on, “is just fine. She didn’t want to come along. A real shame, I liked her.” He said, head falling back against the wall again. “I never know what would happen with the humans, so I had a little TARDIS tracker set up. When the watch opens he follows.” He explained, all too smug about having a clever thought that helped him out in the end.
“… As a consolation prize for losing her husband I brought her wherever she wanted. She’s home.” He thought about hurting her. About kidnapping her or— something. And not that he’d admit it, but he couldn’t hear himself to anyways.
The Master gave a mock little pout. “Ohh, come on, you can say his name.” He said, leaning in again when he saw that pink on his face. “For as long as you knew Amy, I was Rory. Plain and simple. It was unexpected for me to get dragged into being one of your little human pets.” He was a bit less feral now, a bit more grounded from the Doctor, whether he liked it or not. “I never needed to see what you were like with those things behind closed doors.”
