Felt like it was time to give this ol’ gal a much needed overhaul, since I wasn’t totally satisfied with her last design.

Reintroducing: Fanny the Ragtime Rascal!

Fanny likes to do things her own way, and isn’t strictly good or evil. She’s often described as being a childish, greedy, friendly, helpful, clownish, clumsy, foolish, and unconventionally clever kind of character. Having been created during the era of rubber hose animation, Fanny speaks with a subtle New York accent and throws around a lot of dated slang, like “pal”, “gee”, and “golly”. Her limbs are capable of squishing and stretching in strange and bizarre ways, as if they were made of rubber. She uses this to get herself into all sorts of mischief around ToonTown, and takes joy in messing with unsuspecting citizens.

Alright so, I might as well make a legit bio for my Toonsona

Full Name: Samantha The Ragtime Rascal Release Date/Birthday: March 28th, 1929 Height: ~3ft Weight: ~10lbs Personality: During her run on the silver screen, Sam was often portrayed as an imaginative and adventurous troublemaker with a heart of gold. Whether it be dropping an anvil on an unsuspecting fool or tricking other with her “clever” disguises, she’s always scheming some kind of crazy plan to mess with her friends. Though in the end, she would always make it up to her friends and do something nice, to prove to them that she really did loved them like family. After being brought to life by Joey Drew, Sam began to seek out ways of escaping the studio, so that she may see her deceased creator one last time.

Decided to get rid of my Ragtime Rascal blog, since that never got off the ground like I hoped it would. 

Fret not, she’s still around, she just doesn’t have her own blog anymore.

I’ll probably get back into drawing her more soon,so be on the lookout for that, folks!
