Going in circles at the Tehachapi Loop by PeterThoeny I was invited to take photos of a big rocket launch by a space startup company in the Mojave Desert in California. On the way I did a lunch break at the Tehachapy Loop, where the Union Pacific Railroad track makes a 1,210-foot (370 m) diameter circle to gain height to go over the Tehachapi Pass. A long cargo train passes over itself going around the loop, which was constructed 1874 - 1876. I processed a balanced and a photographic HDR photo from a RAW exposure, blended them selectively, and carefully adjusted the color balance and curves. I welcome and appreciate constructive comments.
